Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part or the part of our Print on Demand providers are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else about the order please email info @ swiftcubing.com with the order number, what the issue is, which product had the issues, and any evidence to support the approval or rejection of your refund / exchange claim.
We will do what we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, however please note that refunds and exchanges will not be provided for the following reasons.
– You placed an order for the wrong size (please check sizing charts carefully)
– You provided an incorrect address
– You changed your mind about the design
Errors in the printing quality or process will be rectified through our Print on Demand Supplier’s processes for dealing with faulty or incorrect products.
Please understand that shop.swiftcubing.com does not hold stock, and prints all products on demand using our partners. Once your order has been sent to our printers, we will be unable to cancel your order. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
