In saying this, you need to be aware that SwiftCubing does not hold its own stock on hand. SwiftCubing uses Printify to fulfill orders. Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you have ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, SwiftCubing will work with Printify to organize a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 20 days of product delivery.
If you have been sent a damaged product or one with a manufacturing error, please get in touch with our team using the “Contact Us" form to let us know what has happened and we will get back to you with next steps, which may involve returning the product and / or providing evidence via a clear photo showing the issue.
Please note that where a return of a product is required, SwiftCubing will not cover the return shipping costs.
